In my opinion, the recent issue of cheating can be attributed to fresher SPM exploiting loopholes in the system to claim work hours dishonestly. However, there are also individuals who might unintentionally overstate their working hours simply because they excel at their jobs. A case in point is Ms. Trang. Outstanding! Although I don’t particularly like Ms. Trang, I cannot deny that she is capable of getting the job done. If she were not working at this company, it is likely she would find a position at another firm that could harness her skills. In contrast, the current leadership seems to excel only in managing personnel. I question whether these leaders would be able to interview for positions at other companies at the same level as their current roles. This situation raises important questions about competency and the criteria we use to evaluate employees in the workplace. While some might exploit the system, others, like Ms. Trang, are simply making the most of their abilities. It’s crucial for organizations to recognize and reward true talent, rather than only focusing on administrative skills.
