I strongly disagree with the perspective that we should blindly follow CHING CHANG CHONG company rules without considering individual career growth or work-life balance. While I respect the company's policies, it's important to recognize that nurturing employees's career paths benefits both the individual and the company. Encouraging professional development leads to higher job satisfaction, increased productivity, and long-term loyalty. Moreover, working overtime should not be seen as a standard expectation but rather an exception. Everyone deserves a fair work-life balance, regardless of their position within the company. It's essential to foster a supportive environment where employees feel valued, not just as workers, but as individuals with aspirations and goals beyond the office.
