Line HCM: Un-balancing in allocation of job: High-performing staff consistently receive numerous assignments, while others who underperform are left with minimal responsibilities but receive the same salary. There is female manager (name begin with "Ng") with very less jobs but still require priorities her job first when deadline. She also do not support during the job. She consistently perform "Forwarder" to senior or staff and even customers ask question direct to her, she will ask staff to answer for her.
