Great leaders know they can't motivate anyone directly. Rather, they create an "environment" in which people can motivate themselves. Just want to remind that our slogan is "Buiding a better working work" not a "toxic work culture" resulting from a failure of leadership starting at the top and filtering all the way down. Don't send us meaningless "motivation emails". Don't tell us try to endure just for "few months" until busy season ends. In fact, problem went on for years and nothing changed. Let face it and do something, pleaseee.
